Karishma Talwar: Splitsvilla 8 and Roadies Buzz

Eleven years after she left the Splitsvilla 8 villa, Karishma Talwar’s name is back in the reality-TV conversation. The reason is Roadies Rebirth. Her old Splitsvilla 8 co-contestant Prince Narula is now an OG gang leader there, and reports have linked her to the season as a contestant.

Karishma is an anchor, emcee and TV personality from Dehradun, best known for Splitsvilla 8 in 2015. The Roadies link is a report, not an announcement. The makers have not confirmed her name, and the Roadies Rebirth hub marks it that way. This profile sticks to what can be verified about her, and it will be updated if the show confirms her place.

Who Is Karishma Talwar?

Karishma Talwar is an Indian reality-TV personality and professional anchor from Dehradun. Her public profile was built in 2015 on MTV Splitsvilla 8, and her IMDb page lists that season, as a participant, as her only credit.

Away from television, her Facebook profile describes her as a freelance anchor and emcee for music concerts, sports events and corporate shows. Her Instagram bio adds weddings and music festivals, and calls her an anthophile, a lover of flowers.

How Old Is Karishma Talwar and Where Is She From?

Karishma Talwar is 33 years old. Profile sites list her date of birth as 8 February 1993, and her own X bio gives 8 February as her birthday and her age as 22 around the time of Splitsvilla 8, which fits that year.

She is from Dehradun. Her Facebook profile says she went to Scholars’ Home Senior Secondary School there and lists Mumbai as where she lives now. Other family and education details on profile sites come from sources Belloria could not verify, so they are left out.

Career: From Home Shopping Anchor to Emcee

Before Splitsvilla, Karishma worked as an anchor with Homeshop18, according to her own X bio from 2015. That anchoring background is the thread that runs through the rest of her work.

After the show she stayed closer to live stages than to the screen. Her profiles list freelance anchoring, music concerts, sports events, corporate presenting and wedding emceeing. Belloria could not verify specific events, brands or other TV credits from this period, so none are listed.

How Did Karishma Talwar Do on Splitsvilla 8?

Karishma Talwar finished third on Splitsvilla 8, according to Wikipedia’s season table, which lists her and Zaan Khan as the second runners-up. Her own Instagram bio calls her a semi-finalist, so the label varies by source.

The season was shot in Goa, hosted by Rannvijay Singha and Sunny Leone, and ran from July to November 2015 under the theme What Women Love. Prince Narula and Anuki Tchokhonelidze won it. In the villa, the season table shows Karishma dumping Priyanka Bora and banishing Ishaan Chibber, who later re-entered and lost a challenge against Zaan and Karishma.

Business Upturn describes her equation with Prince as one that developed during the season and later became contentious. That shared history is the reason her name drew attention once Prince was named a Roadies Rebirth gang leader.

Major Work and Notable Projects

Is Karishma Talwar in Roadies Rebirth?

Not officially. As of October 17, 2026, the makers have not confirmed her as a contestant, although several reports and an Episode 1 review point in that direction.

Business Upturn reported on October 13, citing a Reality Scoop social post, that she was joining the season as a contestant, and it noted that the report was not independently confirmed. Latestly reported that she shared the official Roadies Rebirth audition promo on October 13 with a teaser caption, and described her as reportedly auditioning.

Roadies Rebirth premiered on October 16. A Flickonclick review of Episode 1 says Neha Dhupia signed a contestant named Karishma in the first auction, calling her physically strong, with a strong personal backstory and earlier reality-TV experience. The review gives no surname. No source Belloria has seen links that Karishma directly to Karishma Talwar, so this profile does not treat it as fact.

The open question is a narrow one. Until the show or an official channel gives a full name, the Karishma in Neha Dhupia’s gang and the Splitsvilla 8 semi-finalist remain two names that may or may not belong to the same person. If it is confirmed, her place will be tracked on the Roadies Rebirth hub.

Social Media Stats

Social media figures are approximate and may change. The Instagram count comes from the profile’s public listing as seen on October 17, 2026, and third-party trackers show a higher number, so treat it as a rough guide. The X account’s current follower count could not be verified.
